Meet the board members, our executive leadership team, and each of the branch managers for Yarra Plenty Regional Library.

Board Members

Responsibility for the provision and management of the Library Service rests with the Regional Library Board, which comprises of two representatives from each of the three member councils of Banyule, Nillumbik, and Whittlesea (2023-24 Board pictured here).

The Regional Library service operates as an independent legal entity and is audited annually by the Auditor General.

Executive Leadership Team

YPRL is under the management of an Executive Leadership Team, responsible for the strategic guidance and day-to-day operations of the organisation.

Branch Managers

Our Branch Managers are responsible for overseeing the general operation of our individual library branches. Their role includes managing budgets, training staff members, evaluating library employees, and planning work schedules.
