Bonjour and bienvenue a France!
Here at YPRL we know that flights are expensive, and planes are getting smaller (20+ hours crammed into a tin can anyone?) however, we still want to experience the thrill of travel, ne pas? On Thursday 15 February, from 5.30pm—7.30pm, join us at Eltham Library for a Tour de France, right from the safety of your own library!
We will visit the City of Love, stroll along The Seine and indulge in culinary delights. We will be dancing - teach yourself the Bourrée, the Gavrotte or just wiggle to French tunes before enjoying Crepes and then we settle in for a screening of a French movie, suitable for the whole family (think PG not SBS!).
Wear your chic-est couture, naturellemente as we have a photographer and the magic of green screen to capture your looks so you can treasure your trip forever...
Spots are limited to just 30 people so come to the library from Sunday the 4th to get your ticket to this event!
Le schedule is as follows:
5.30pm—6.00pm: Oceane will be making all the family move and follow instructions in French,
(sometimes in English too if we get really stuck!)
6.15pm—7.15pm: Crepe Making Demonstration with a local French business "La Louche". Ce si bon!
