R U OK? Day with YPRL

YPRL Staff

11 September, 2023

In a world where the pace of life seems to be constantly accelerating, it's crucial to pause and ask the simple but powerful question:

"R U OK?"

This question serves as a reminder to check in on our loved ones and ourselves, promoting open conversations about mental health. Every year, on R U OK? Day, communities come together to raise awareness about mental health and encourage meaningful connections.

On September 14, 2023, the Yarra Plenty Regional Library is hosting a range of events centred around mindfulness, providing a safe space for reflection, creativity, and self-care.
