Yarra Plenty Regional Library (YPRL) is a library service consisting of eleven branches located at Donnybrook, Eltham, Greensborough, Ivanhoe, Lalor, Mernda, Mill Park, Rosanna, Thomastown, Watsonia and Whittlesea. YPRL supports the three member Councils of Banyule, Nillumbik, and Whittlesea in their aim for connected and resilient communities by providing curated collections, public programs, and welcoming spaces.

YPRL has a great reputation for being an innovative, progressive, and effective library service. Along with the eleven library branches, we also operate four library hubs in community centres in Bellfield, Epping, Hurstbridge and Wollert, along with two mobile libraries and a home library service.
